This is my favourite - the story behind the jewellery really touched me and I was so proud to be asked to make it:
"Just want to say a big thankyou for the amazing bracelet (and surprise earrings) we received at Christmas. Our Mum ordered us a black and gold lady bird and daisy chain bracelet, The sentimental value and meaning that these bracelets have to us have been captured perfectly in this bracelet. So much time, care and attention to detail was clearly put into making these bracelets for us.
My mum has been chatting to you guys via email and you are lovely, so nice and genuine and you actually cared about this product and the story behind it. I wear mine everyday as a special reminder of those I lost...this gift means more to me than I can put into words and I'd just love to say a big thankyou for your efforts in making sure they were perfect.

I love the ladybugs bracelet! It's so beautifully made, and works so perfectly. The quality of the materials and the finishing are wonderful. The price belies the finished product. Such a phenomenal bargain!
